On November 10, 2022, Graypoint lost a colleague and dear friend when Charles Brown died unexpectedly. Charlie was Director of Portfolio Strategies at Graypoint, having started his career with Hugh Johnson at First Albany Corporation in 1991.  He played an integral role in the formation of Hugh Johnson Advisors following the buyout of the firm from First Albany. Charlie was a partner at Graypoint and was responsible for two of our equity portfolios.  He was an avid golfer, curler and Packers fan.  We will miss Charlie’s quick wit, big smile and dedication to our firm and his family.
