Tim is a Senior Consultant at Graypoint LLC following the January 2023 merger of Arista Wealth Advisors, the Registered Investment Advisory Firm that he co-founded in 1988.  Tim will continue providing Estate and Financial Planning advice to individuals and families in his role at Graypoint.  In addition, Tim will continue to maintain his law practice, Burke & Casserly, P.C., which concentrates in Elder Law, Trusts and Estates.  He received his Bachelor of Arts  in Economics and Communications from Boston College, his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School and holds the Certified Financial Planner certification.  He is a Fellow of the NYS Bar Association and member of the American Bar Association and Financial Planning Association.
